Soovime Teid teavitada, et LUNA GROUP Estonia AS on alates 02.12.2025 muutnud oma ettevõtlusvormi ning tegutseb edaspidi nime all LUNA GROUP Estonia OÜ. Muudatus puudutab eelkõige juriidilist vormi ning on tehniline, mõju avaldamata meie igapäevasele tööle ja koostööle.
Ettevõtte vormimuudatus on seotud hiljutise omanikuvahetusega — ettevõtte senine omanik müüs äriühingu praegusele tegevjuhile, Tegemist oli juhtkonna poolt läbi viidud MBO-ga (management buyout), mille tulemusena on ettevõtte nüüd ka efektiivsemalt ja kiiremini juhitav.
Oluline Teie jaoks:
- Kõik lepingud ja koostöökokkulepped kehtivad edasi muutumatult.
- Registrikood, tegevusvaldkond ja kontaktisikud jäävad samaks.

We would like to inform you that LUNA GROUP Estonia AS has changed its company form as of 02.12.2025 and will henceforth operate under the name LUNA GROUP Estonia OÜ. The change primarily concerns the legal form and is technical, without affecting our daily work and cooperation.
The change in the company’s form is related to the recent change of ownership — the company’s previous owner sold the company to the current CEO. It was an MBO (management buyout) carried out by the management, as a result of which the company can now be managed more efficiently and faster.
Important for you:
- All contracts and cooperation agreements remain in effect unchanged.
- The registration code, field of activity and contact persons will remain the same.
- Our services and work processes will continue as usual.
